OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GYM SAGA DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
